Paper Cup Lights: For this, you will need a string of fairy lights and some very light one-time-use cups, paper or plastic. Roll them with colorful threads and poke a hole under them. Stick each of the lights into the hole in the cups through the back. Now just hang them on your walls and add some colors to the ambiance.

Paper Lanterns: This one is a bit tricky but will look the most exquisite. Take a longer than wide piece of art paper and fold them in a way that divides the paper into 4 equal parts. Cut out 2 or 3 rectangles from each of the parts. Glue colorful tissue papers on the inner side of each of the rectangles to cover them. on the outer side make some more decorative patterns on them with color or stickers. Attach the edges along the length of the paper and tape it from inside to make a square. Stick strings through each corner of the square so you can hang it. Now place a light bulb inside it with wire and secure everything with tape.
