Lassi is a drink which is a very refreshing drink during summertime. This recipe is created for just because it’s the time of Celebration which is Eid-Ul-Adha. Yogurt is the best product to reduce your fat. As we all are going to have a massive feast during eid. Here are 3 delicious flavors of lassi

  • Rose and Cardamom Lassi

Ingredients

  1. Yogurt – 1 full glass
  2. Sugar-50gm
  3. Rose syrup-3 tablespoon
  4. Fresh cardamom seeds

Methods of the making of the drink:

In a blending, jar adds yogurt, sugar, rose syrup, and cardamom seeds. Blend it well until the mixture is smooth. Let it chill in the freezer. Serve it in around thick glass and garnish it with rose petals.

  • Avocado Lassi:

Ingredients:

  1. Yogurt – 1 full glass
  2. Fresh avocado- 1 whole
  3. Fresh kiwi-1 whole
  4. Honey- according to you taste

Process of the making of the drink:

In a blending, jar adds yogurt, avocado, kiwi and honey. Blend it well until the mixture is smooth. Let it chill in the freezer. Serve it in a long beer glass and garnish it with grated almond.

  • Bubble Gum Lassi:

Ingredients:

  1. Yogurt – 1 full glass
  2. Sugar-50gm
  3. Curacao Syrup- 2 tablespoon (available in any super shops)

Steps of the making of the drink:

In a blending, jar adds yogurt, sugar and Curacao syrup. Blend it well until the mixture is smooth. Let it chill in the freezer. Serve it in a wine glass.
