Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, we are going through a period of house arrest in terror. Because of not going to the gym, the exercise routine is also off. However, it is unfair to not exercise at all during the day. So, at home you can continue with some simple exercises like below.

 

Press up

First, keeping your hands on the floor with two hands pressed. Now, keep your feet and whole body straight. Then bring the whole body to the floor, making sure your chest is a few inches above the floor. This way, you can press up your body as often as possible.

 

Dumbbell

If there is a dumbbell in the room, take two dumbbells in two hands and stand straight. Make sure your elbow is at the front. Then lift the two-handed dumbbell over the head. Then slowly lower the dumbbells down. This exercise is very effective in staying fit. However, the exercise should be done slowly so as not to put too much pressure on the shoulders.

 

Skipping

As a kid, we all played with skipping rope for sure. It is excellent to exercise for doing a rope or skipping rope at home. This exercise will keep your heart rate good. According to one study, skipping 10 minutes a day can give you the same benefits of 30 minutes of jogging.

 

Spiderman Press Up

Just like the press up, you have to lean toward the floor. But in this case keep your body above the floor and bring your right knee to the right elbow. Then go back and bring your foot back to its previous position. Do the same with the other leg.

 

Plank

To exercise like it, you need to go to the position of the press up. But, here, you have to rely on the wrist rather than the hand. The waist should be kept straight. It should stay as long as you can.

 

Bench dips

Hold the bench in two hands facing the opposite side of a bench. Stretch your legs forward. Then lower the body and rise again. Do this a few times. This exercise is very beneficial for the waist and arm muscles.

Shadow Boxing

This type of exercise is very useful to develop your wrist and hand muscle. Here, you have to do boxing with a fictitious competitor standing in front of one spot.
