Trailer-
What goes on the Trailer-
The trailer sets its tone with its selection of ghostly dramatic music. It starts with a woman putting on a lab coat and looking back after someone refers to her as “Sabrina.” Then rapidly the frame changes and a housewife is responding as Sabrina. Finally, a collage of women appears all being called the exact same name.
Our Thoughts?
If we analyze the scene of the teaser it appears is that every woman has their own struggles. As there’s a “Sabrina” in most of our lives. Since this trailer was released on Women’s Day it was a way to pay tribute to all womanhood from the directors part.
There was also a press conference yesterday for the release of the teaser where Mehzabein says,
“As an actor, I always want to work on screenplays that focus on women’s feelings and life. Sabrina tells a story that is not just about a woman, but about all the women in our society. I am waiting to see how our audiences take the web series.”
From just the teaser what we can already understand is that this will be a story many of can closely resonate with. And representations like these are not that common in our narrative. So, stay tuned for the release of this exciting web series!
