This can lead to dehydration and sunstroke. Therefore, make everyone in the family, including yourself, drink enough water.
Everyone should drink at least 4 liters of water daily. Check blood pressure as often as possible. Many may have heat stroke. Take cold showers as often as possible. Eat more fruits and vegetables, eat lemon water, watermelon, cucumber and eliminate meat from the food menu. Heatwaves can be deadly serious. They pose significant risks to human health and can lead to heat-related illnesses.
Yesterday, various media outlets reported on three deaths that were purportedly caused by heatstroke. Nevertheless, the doctors in the locations where the deaths happened refused to admit that the heat was the cause when contacted by the Daily Star.
Staying hydrated, seeking shade, avoiding strenuous activity during peak heat, and checking on vulnerable individuals are all important steps in staying safe during a heatwave. It’s better to be proactive and take preventive measures than to underestimate the dangers of extreme heat.
