Bleaching too often

Brushing too often

Using too much heat
This goes for hair irons, curlers, and blow driers. Many of us use these tools on a daily basis. I know it makes your hair look a lot better but it damages your hair permanently. I cannot tell you to completely forget these tools but you can manage the usage somewhat. For instance, if you have the time to dry your hair naturally do that instead of blow-drying your hair.
Scratching your head
