Walton will export smartphones to the United States. Walton authorities say that the first ‘Made in Bangladesh’ smartphone is ready to export in the USA. They called it a new milestone in the country’s export sector.
There are several smartphone companies in Bangladesh working their heart and soul out to get the market. But, it’s the first time a company not only wins the hearts of the consumer but also able themselves to even export it abroad.
Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal will inaugurate the program of smartphone export at Walton DG-Tech Industries Limited in Chandra, Gazipur. Postal and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar and Information and Communication Technology Minister Junaid Ahmed Palak will also present there during the event.
SM Manjurul Alam, Managing Director of Walton DG-Tech Industries Limited, said that they won the hearts of consumers. They also brought the latest feature smartphone made in Bangladesh. So, now their target is the international market. Walton’s smartphone also develops in such a way to export in other countries.
He also said that it aims to become one of the top brands in the world by 2030 and will spread ‘’Made in Bangladesh’’ tagged electronics and technology all over the world.
