Social distancing is a discipline where you need to be in your own home. You also need to avoid the crowd and not touch each other.
Let’s find out the dos and don’ts while social distancing:
- Can I go to the market or grocery shop?
Yes, you can. But try to go when there are fewer people in the market. Go there, where there are fewer crowds. Avoid crowds altogether. Use the sanitizer by hand when out of the market. Come and wash your hands well. Wash the curry fruits. Wash hands after shaking the box.
- Can I order food and bring it home?

- Do I use public transport buses, trains?

Do as much social distancing as possible. If needed, use a mask.
- Can I go everywhere?

- Can I travel?
No. You should away from any kind of traveling, inside or outside the country. Buses, trains, planes, ships, launches are full of people. So, avoid those places.
- Do I exercise?
Yes. You should exercise at your home. But not in the gym.
- How long we have to do such a social distance?
Probably at least 2/3 weeks. You may have to do it again later.
