Fish speaks to an overflow of cash and thriving. Whiting, hake or ocean bass all function admirably in this light fish dish. Here comes the recipe for you.

Ingredients:

4 Fresh white fish filets

2 tbsp sesame oil

3 spring onions, slashed

1 handle crisp ginger, stripped and daintily cut

1 tbsp light soy sauce

All out time required 30 mins

Planning time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 20 mins

Guidelines:

Pat four crisp filets dry with a kitchen towel and quarter fill a wok with water. Spot the item in a steaming bushel over the wok spread and steam for 15 minutes until cooked through and the fish chips effectively with a fork. Move the item to a serving dish and keep warm. Tip: If you don’t have a steaming crate place a cake stand or cooling rack over the wok and falsehood the fish on a plate on top. Spread with a skillet top and steam as in the past.

In the interim, channel the water from the wok. Warmth 2 tbsp sesame oil in the wok; include the spring onions and ginger and sautéed food for 1 moment. Include the soy sauce and 1 tbsp water and stew for a couple of moments to thicken.

Pour the sauce over the steamed fish and serve.
