- Licorice Roots: Muscle spasm and gastrointestinal tract inflammation can cause indigestion and bloating. chewing on a licorice root can fix that.
- Cinnamon: It contains many antioxidants that ease indigestion problems and reduce gas, bloating, cramping, and belching. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder to your meals or make a tea and drink it 2-3 times a day.
