Allergies, asthma may not be cured fully. However, it is possible to control the asthma disease only through systematic living and if you are aware. Let’s find out the dos and don’ts to systematically control allergic asthma disease.

 

The rules to be followed:

  • Don’t use carpets in the house
  • Quit smoking
  • Do not keep any pets at home
  • Keep at a safe distance while spraying mosquito coil or any kind of spray.
  • Use masks or towels in the nose and mouth when sweeping dust in houses.
  • Clean TV, mosquito stand, ceiling fan at least once a week.
  • Maintain a safe distance from bus, automobile or vehicle’s smoke.
  • Using cotton/jeans instead of woolen fabrics.
  • Try to wash and dry the old clothes well in the sun before the use.
  • Wash bedsheets, pillow covers once a week.
  • Extinct butterflies, cockroaches forever from home.
  • Before eat, Keep the refrigerated food well heated.

 

Foods that should be avoided:

Fish- hilsa, shrimps, bowls, crust; Meat- beef, milk; Eggs – Duck eggs (white part); Vegetables – sweet pumpkin, turtle, eggplant, pomegranate and lentils, fruit- apple, banana and chocolate, almonds.

 

Breathing Exercises:

  • Breathing exercises for 10 minutes every morning and afternoon in a free environment.
  • Practice breathing in and breathing out loud.
  • After breathing, keep your breathing for about 15 seconds.
  • Like breathing two lips, bring your breathing slowly out of your mouth.
