Ingredients:
Mushroom – 300 grams (slices)
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Dried pepper- 2 tsp
Karipatpa- A few
Ginger- 3 inches (Kuchi)
Onion – half (kuchi)
Capsicum – half (kuchi)
Special spice making materials:
Pepper – 3 tablespoons
Anise – half teaspoon
Cumin- half teaspoon
Coriander- half teaspoon
Method:
To make this recipe, first, blend all the spice ingredients together and make a fine powder spice. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the mustard, curry leaves, and dried pepper. Stir in onion slices. After the onions getting soft, slice the mushrooms. Fry in high heat. Give it with capsicum. Cook for two minutes with the powdered spices and salt. Now, serve it hot.
