‘Living Well with Kidney Disease’.
The first symptom mostly people have is, to urinate more often. Specially at night. This happens because the kidneys filters are damaged. We can also have sleeping problem, as kidneys aren’t filtering properly through urine and make us feel uncomfortable. Don’t try to hold urine for long or else you’ll develop urinary infection too.
If our kidney fails to function properly then it will start building toxins and impurities in the blood. As a result, we’ll feel tired, weak and struggle to concentrate. When kidney’s filters are damaged, then blood cells leak out in urine. So, you may see blood in urine. Additionally, your urine can get excessive bubble. These are protein in the urine, an early sign of filter damaged.
Kidney problem can have symptoms of puffiness around the eyes and swollen ankles and feet too. Rather keeping protein in the body, the disfunction is leaking large amount of protein in the urine so such problems are causing. Kidney function helps to make red blood cells, keep bones strong and to maintain the right amount of minerals in your blood. When kidney no longer is able to keep the balance of minerals and nutrients in blood, our skin can get dry and itchy. We can also have poor appetite.
Our kidney is mainly to filter our blood and remove toxins from the body. This one function is so much important that if it gets interrupted other problems emerges. So be careful to observe these symptoms and see a specialist immediately on identifying.
