The biggest fashion event of the country ‘TRESemmé Bangladesh Fashion Week 2020’ has come to an end. TRESemmé launched for the first time last year to launch this initiative with fashion at TRESemmé Bangladesh Fashion Week. This year, the second edition of the program occurred from 23 to 25 January 2020 at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) where Le Meridien Dhaka is the Hospitality Partner of this occasion.
On the first day of the event, on Thursday, Afroza Parvin of Red Beauty Salon was the hairstylist and the designers who showcased their works were Ajay Gurung (Nepal), Eddi Zain (India), Anuj Sharma (India) and Bangladesh Nushin Khair, Rima Naz, Tanjing Chakma, Rifat Rahman, Tasfia Rahman. Sadia Hossain Mishu, Afsana Ferdousi.
Many people in our society judge others by looking at their dress and grooming. TRESemmé wants to create a movement against this existing spirit of society. The movement will be living through many catapults, part of which is the TRESemmé Bangladesh Fashion Week 2020. That’s why Unilever TRESemmé Fashion Week is called Life’s Runway.
On the second day of the event, there was the exhibition of top row designers. Among the list of local designers are Shaibal Saha, Farah Anjum Bari, Mahin Khan, Emdad Haque, Maria Sultana Mamu, Rupo Shams, and Shah Rukh Amin. And the foreigners were Antor Agni and Soumitra Mondal from India firearms and Sonali Mary Fernando from Srilanka. There was an exhibition of TRESemmé Cure Beauty Expert Farzana Shakil. She unleashed the party look.
TRESemme also worked with the top hairstylist of Bangladesh who set the hairdo patterns of 2020. All in all, TRESemmé Bangladesh Fashion Week 2020 exhibited the craft and design of several Bangladeshi and international designers from Asia for three days. It was a successful event with the diversity of works and panorama of the fashion industry.
