Beef or mutton Kolija bhuna is very tasty to eat with hot rice or a khichdi. It can be eaten with bread or paratha too. Learn how to make it in a simple way.

 

Ingredients:

Beef Liver (Kolija) – 1 kg

Soybean oil – 1/2 cup

Cumin – 1/2 tsp

Daruchini – a few pieces

Elaach – 3

Long – 7

Tejpata – 2

Onion Kuchi – 2 cups

Black Elaach – 1

Methi Dana – 1/4 tsp

Ginger Mix – 1.5 tbsp

Garlic Mix – 1.5 tbsp

Yellow powder – 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tbsp

Pepper powder – taste  

Garlic – 6 pieces 

Salt – tasted

Raw pepper – some

Fried cumin seeds – 1 tsp  

 

Process: 

Cut the buds into big pieces. Burn in hot water for 5 minutes. It will bring out the dirt inside the collage. Wash the bar and remove the top cover of the collage. It will not be hard to cook. Cut into small pieces.

 

Heat the oil in a pan and pour it into a hot masala. After 2 minutes, add 1 1/2 cups of onion and cook. Soften the onions and mix all the batter and powdered potatoes in the veg. Add a little water and knead it into pieces. Mix the garlic with salt and salt. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Add half a cup of water to the pan. When it is cooked, add the fried cumin seeds, half a cup of onion and a little pepper. Cover the pan for 5 minutes. Oil will already flow. Take the stove and serve with hot rice, khichdi or paratha.
