Component:
Mutton meat : 2 kg
Ada Bata : 2 tbsp
garlic bata : 2 tsp
Onion bata : 1 cup
Yellow powder : 2 tsp
Pepper powder : 2 tsp
Cumin powder : 2 tsp
Dhan e Gura : 2 teaspoons
Postdana bata : 2 tbsp
Oil : 1 cup
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Salt – according to taste
Raw-Black-Eight-Ten
Tejpata: Two
Daruchini : Three pieces
Allach- Four
Onion Kuchi : 2 cups
Potatoes – Six
Kewra Water : 1 tablespoon
Process:
- Cut the meat of the mutton into pieces and wash it with water. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onions with a dash of cinnamon, garlic and coriander seeds. Now add meat and salt and fry for 10-15 minutes.
- When the meat is fried, cover the pan with a little more spices, except for the pistachio and cumin seeds. After 10-15 minutes, open the lid and cook for a little while with a cup of warm water and cover it with medium heat.
- Now cut the potatoes into two pieces. When the water is dry, add 1 to 1/2 cups of warm water and cover with potatoes and pepper. After 10 minutes, open the lid and cover it with cumin seeds and a bowl of pistachios. Once the potatoes are cooked, reduce the lid and cover it with a little water and a little bit of a lid. Once the oil is released in the meat table, cover with a tablespoon of ghee. After 10 minutes, close the stove and hold it for a while. Finish cooking, serve it now.
