Required Papers & Documents 

The main condition for obtaining a visa is to complete the application form correctly. You can download the application form online at the Italy Embassy in Dhaka website. To fill-up the form, you need to have clear photocopy of original passport for visa, national ID card, four copies of white background color passport size photo, trade license, home electricity/water/gas bill copy and photocopy, six-month bank statement, marriage certificate for new couple, birth certificate for child and parents should have photocopies of the passport with their signature.

 

If anyone has received a Schengen visa before, then a photocopy of it must be submitted. The passport period should be at least 180 days from the time mentioned in the application form. The passport must contain at least two blank pages. The visa fee is 7460 Tk. The visa fee for children between the ages of 6 and 12 is Tk 5210.
