Hilsa fish cooked with mustard oil is a very delicious item to eat. You might have tried this fish item at home. Let’s find out the recipe.

 

Ingredients:

Hilsa – 500 gram

Black Cumin – 1 teaspoon

Salt- with your taste

Mustard oil- half a cup

Yellow powder – as required

Raw pepper – 4

 

Method:

Chop the hilsa fish and rub it with salt and turmeric powder for a while. Heat the mustard oil in a pan and lightly soak the fish pieces. Raise the fish pieces and stir them with black pepper and raw pepper in the same pan. Sprinkle 2 cups boiling water with a piece of wet water. Cover the pan with salt and turmeric. When cooked, serve it with hot rice.

Mustard oil is some kind of species that not only makes your food delicious but also it have its unique flavour that enhances the taste of the item. You can also try this mustard oil in other fish recipes. But, sure, the taste going to be different compared to this item.
