Materials
Large fish fillets – 4
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
Hot spices – 1 pinch
Ginger-garlic paste- teaspoon
Onion paste – 2 teaspoons
Chili paste- to taste
Coriander leaf paste – 1 teaspoon
Flour – 2 cups
Eggs – 3
Bread crumb biscuit powder – as needed
Salt- as needed
Oil – as needed
Method
Wash the fish pieces, add salt and lemon juice, and leave for 20 minutes. Mix onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, green chili and coriander paste, hot spices, and 2 teaspoons of flour well. Marinate the fish pieces in spices and leave for two hours.
Beat eggs in a bowl and add salt to taste. Now, take bread crumbs or biscuit powder in another container. Roll the fish pieces one by one in flour first and then dip them well in the eggs. Then spread the biscuit powder and press it to form a fish fry. Deep fry in hot oil and serve hot.
