This Supposed preventative measure for the ongoing pandemic has left the working-class people feeling over-worked and monotonous. Which in turn is leaving a mark on your health and wellness. So to elevate your mood and spirit here are 5 tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle while working from home.

  1. Setup a Comfortable Workspace: Setting up a space that is just for your work is ideal. It ensures your optimum effort without many distractions. But that doesn’t mean that it can’t be comfortable as well. Arrange a space with a desk and an office chair that you find comfortable, preferably ergonomic.   2. Take Breaks in Between: Continuously sitting on your chair and staring at the screen, is not doing anyone a favor. Try taking regular breaks to stretch the legs, have a snack, move around, or maybe do a short yoga pose to keep your body active and mind sharp. Don’t let monotony set in.
