At a time when the whole world is struggling to find a cure for the coronavirus epidemic, a third world country has set up shelves to make coronavirus resistant fabrics.

Zaber & Zubair, the country’s leading textile company, develops  coronavirus-resistant fabrics. Special chemicals uses to make these fabrics. As a result, no other virus including coronavirus will be able to survive in that cloth. If any virus gets on that cloth in any way, in just 120 seconds that cloth will be 99.9 percent virus free.

Zaber & Zubair’s superiors reported the information to the news agency. They also said that it is the first time Bangladesh produces such kind of fabrics.  They are hopeful that other countries will also come forward to make this fabric in the near future.

Anal Raihan, the company’s brand and communications manager, said  that you can use this virus-resistant fabric to make all types of clothing. However, as it is a specialized fabric, the price of the garment made in this fabric will be comparatively higher. The official said that the cloth was made for the export of Zaber & Zubair. In the meantime, their clothes also receives international recognition. It has been tested under ISO 18174.

The key ingredients in the fabric registers with the United States Toxic Control Act and the Environmental Protection Agency. Although this cloth provides almost 100% protection against the virus, there is uncertainty about its effectiveness after washing it 20 times. Even after that, there is a huge response from European-American buyers to buy these clothes.
