The star of Luther and The Wire said on Twitter that he felt OK so far and doesn’t have any kind of indications of symptoms.
Elba, 47 years old, said he disconnected himself since discovering the infection last week. He affirms that he is remaining in home isolation and doing OK. “I will keep you informed on how I’m doing. No worry.”
Elba, who posted a video highlighting his better half Sabrina Dhowre, said she is not tested and is “doing OK” also.
He begs everyone to raise awareness on this issue and says that it is now going to a serious level. So, we need more sensible approaches to face the problems and precautions we need to take also. This is also the ideal time to think about social distancing. We also need to wash our hands properly.
Elba is the most recent prominent big name who tests positive for the infection. A week ago, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson tested positive for coronavirus.
