Many people have to work in bed because there is no other arrangement at home. On such cases, experts advised to follow few things as below:
- If you have to work in bed, then arrange proper back support for that.
- The laptop should be lifted from the bed and brought to the face of your eye. So that you do not have to work at a leash.
- Sit straight and work. Maintain that the head and neck area on the same plane.
- Do not sit in the same position for too long. Take a short break between work and walk for 5 minutes. In addition, if you sit at home all day, exercise lightly for half an hour in the morning and evening.
