This is a highly contagious fungal infection. This can form white or yellow patches on your feet, toes, or under your nails. People can contract this when they come in contact with surfaces that are contaminated. This makes the feet look dry and peeling or even itchy.

When something rough rubs against your skin, a fluid-filled bump is formed called blisters. They can be painful but harmless. Make sure not to pop it, or it will bleed and be prone to infection. Wearing shoes with rough insides is the most common reason for it.

Diabetes can damage blood circulation to the feet. And abnormal Blood flow can make the skin around the foot dry up, peel, crack, and bleed. In severe cases contact a doctor.
