Eid Ul-Adha is knocking at the door. The main food items of this Eid are all about meats. Today we will let you know a special Kala Bhuna recipe.

Ingredients

Beef meat – 1 kg, 

Mustard oil – 1.5 cups,            

Ginger- 1 cup, 

Garlic, Onion, Yellow powder – 2 teaspoons,                     

Pepper powder- 4 teaspoons                   

Coriander powder – 2 tsp,                    

Cumin seeds – 1 tsp                      

Potatoes bokhara – 5 pieces

Tomatoes- 2 long pieces,  

Raw chillies – 6             

Salt –  2 tsp,                          

Onion Kuchi – 1 cup, 

Chopped pepper- 3 tsp                                     

Coriander leaves pieces – 2 teaspoons,              

Hot masala powder – 2 tsp.

 

Process: 

First, mix beef, ginger, garlic, onion, chilli, coriander and cumin seeds, potato bokhara, tomato, raw pepper, salt, onion kuchi and mustard oil. Put a bowl in the oven. Cover with a lid and let it burn for 30 minutes. Pour oil in another pan. When the oil is hot, stir with the onion kuchi, the little vegetable-burning beef, the hot masala powder, the hot pepper powder, the coriander powder. Take the meat to get black and pour oil over it. Let’s serve it with all.
