Lakmé Fashion Week  2020 is slowly accumulating and creating a buzz on the floor. 13 Feb was the second day of the Fashion Week in Lakme. The day was full of glamour and Fashion by Lakmé. There was a memorable presentation of fashion crafts and ideas.

 

This time around Lakmé’s courtyard, India’s ancient art style, and related fashion will focus. On the 2nd day, Designer Saunak-Anu-Rajiv came with their design and praises by everyone. Ancient history focuses on its show titled ‘Kumari Kandam’. Tamil Nadu and Bengal have unitedly shown in that history. Here. Saunak combines the Kanjivaram of Tamil Nadu and the Muslin-Jamdani art of Bengal in his creation. In such a combination of duo culture, a new kind of art form made on the stage of Lakmé.

 

On the second day of Lakmé Fashion Week 2020, there was a presentation of the Persian art organized by Asdine. Persian art is obviously different from Indian art. So, designers leveled up themselves to make outfits according to this.  Designer Jayanti Goenka showcases Rajasthani brackets on Tasar where the entire room covers gleaming white linen. 

 

Other than fashion, global issues also showcased here. The issue of wildlife conservation was also talked at Lakmé’s yard.  For that, Bollywood actress Sunny Leone comes here and urges everyone to stop killing wild animals. She says that by saving our wildlife we can balance our nature and we should abandon any skin products.  

So, all in all, it was a happening day on Lakmé Fashion Week. Everyone hopes that the coming days will show more to the viewers and lovers of fashion.
